The Al-Kunooze Journal of Business Research (KJBR) is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal published by Al-Kunooze University in Basra, Iraq. The journal is committed to publishing original, rigorous, and relevant scholarship in business, management, economics, accounting, finance, and related disciplines.
KJBR provides a scholarly platform for examining contemporary business and socio-economic challenges, organizational practices, market dynamics, development strategies, corporate governance, sustainability, and inequality. It encourages research that contributes to academic knowledge and offers meaningful implications for organizations, policymakers, and societies at local, regional, and international levels.

KJBR aims to advance theoretical understanding, empirical knowledge, and professional practice across the business disciplines. The journal welcomes research that investigates contemporary organizational, financial, managerial, and economic issues using clearly defined questions and appropriate, transparent research methods.
Particular consideration is given to research addressing emerging and developing economies, while submissions with broader regional, international, or comparative relevance are equally welcomed.
